Zoo Miami is wheelchair accessible with special ramps and access stations.

There are wheelchair accessible trams, golf carts and special accessible boats that enable wheelchair users to enjoy the several zoo tours.

The zoo offers sensory backpacks for those that need them. You can find these at the Zoo Base along with a Sensory friendly map that lets you know where all the quiet zones are across the zoo.
